The process of selection is as follows
1)preliminary exam:-The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers of objective type (multiple-choice questions) carrying a maximum of 450 marks.
The Question Papers (Test Booklets) are set in English & Hindi

In this u have to choose any two optional subjects and one language other than english
so if u qualify in this exam u will be called for interview.
3)Interview:-Interview carries 300 marks with no minimum qualifying marks. Evaluation is done based on many factors - both social skills like empathy, soft skills like confidence, presence of mind and factors like job experience. Personality development classes will enable you to perform well in the personality test.

Though it is objective type,we have to be alert every time.It is multiple option type.Also 1/3rd mark is cut for wrong answer.so take care.study well.
2)Main examination:-If u qualify in preliminary exam then u have to face main examination.
Main exam is theory examination i.e u have to write essay answers for the given questions.
